What if I told you there was makeup remover wipe that was better than the Neutrogena wipes? Would you even believe me? There are so many “dupes” for the cult favorite. I’ve used some of them. Most of them don’t even compare. I accidentally found a top-notch wipe on accident. Let me take you back. I recently went out of town and left my makeup remover wipes.
